¡§1. 24h Agent
Agent's model is to buy 24h cards or other 24h products at
wholesales rate and sell to end customers at retail rate. Agents
will be promoting ¡§24h¡¨ brand name for worldwide business. There are
two kinds of 24h Agents, namely:
a. General Agent b. Account Agent.
Account Agents will entitle higher wholesales discount but at the
same time, they need to commit higher sales quota. The sales quota
will be different depending upon different marketing areas.

OEM labeled Agent
For those who already have one's own customer base with sales
volume and hope to run calling card business using different brand
names, we offer OEM labeled service. In practice, OEM Agent's
calling card sales volume need to reach a certain level. They also
need to pay an admission fee for joining our calling card platform,
while we will be responsible for the technical support of the
Internet Phone platform, also other services like: OEM Agents'
management platform, standardized website model, standardized
customers' enquires / management pages (e.g. call forwarding, etc)
and customized soft-phone interface on demand.
OEM labeled Agents will issue their own brand name calling cards
at own rate plan and currencies.

Carrier-operators' partnership
Carrier-operator partners will entitle all the services we offer
to OEM labeled Agents except the terms of payment settling. 24h will
charge Carrier-operator partners in accordance with the traffic
volume on weekly basis. Carrier Operators will need to endorse and
settle bills by dollars per 60+60 before statement due date.
Besides platform admission fee, Carrier Operators need to pay
deposit for issuing cards at 1:4 ratios.
